Purpose of the service
Booking AC Shuttle is the official online booking platform for AC Shuttle.
The service allows for the booking of private hire vehicle services with a driver (VTC), including:
– station and airport transfers,
– private trips,
– made available,
– long-distance trips,
– professional or personal transportation.
Booking
Any reservation made on booking.acshuttle.fr implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The reservation becomes effective after payment validation or confirmation by AC Shuttle.
AC Shuttle reserves the right to refuse any incomplete, incorrect, or incompatible reservation with the service's operating conditions.
Prices
The prices displayed on the platform are in euros (€) including all taxes.
They include:
– chauffeur service,
– the reserved vehicle,
– professional liability insurance for passenger transport.
Additional fees may apply in certain cases:
– tolls,
– parking,
Exceptional service,
– significant route changes.
Payment
Payment can be requested:
– online,
– on board the vehicle,
– or via a secure payment link.
The accepted payment methods are indicated during booking.
Cancelation
Cancellation more than 7 days before service:
Full refund available.
Cancellation within 7 days:
No refunds can be claimed.
All requests must be made in writing or by email.
Delays and waiting
For airport and train station transfers, a reasonable waiting time is included.
In case of significant delay by the client without prior notification, AC Shuttle reserves the right:
to cancel the service,
– or to charge additional fees.
Luggages
The number of bags transported must be compatible with the capacity of the reserved vehicle.
AC Shuttle will not be held responsible for any unannounced overloads during booking.
Responsability
AC Shuttle is committed to providing professional and secure service.
The company's liability cannot be engaged in case of:
– accident,
– beyond their control,
– exceptional traffic,
– force majeure,
– or external disruption.
Personnel data
The information collected through the platform is used solely for the purpose of booking and managing services.
The data is neither resold nor transferred to third parties.
Applicable law
These terms are subject to French law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
